We serve and work among communities underprivileged and members living in undeserving situations. Frontier Living provides services and support for members of our communities who need help in living independently.
Our team is prepared to work with individuals experiencing poor quality of life; homelessness; at risk of becoming homeless; housing instability; needing supportive living; lacking resources and access to public assistance; language barriers; housing barriers and among other issues.
Through the lens of human service; we develop person center approach in delivering services and support to tab into human capacity in order to improve living conditions and achieving human potential. Our office is located at Minneapolis and we serve the Metro Cities and its surroundings.
